ABOUT THIS DRINK
Rude Bwoy Jamaican Rum Punch
Rum Punch is a popular drink especially during the winter holiday season in Jamaica. Recipes will vary across the Caribbean, but Jamaica is the original home of the Run Punch so we had to have our own version. The Jamaican saying for how to make rum punch is: “one of sour, two of sweet, three of strong and four of weak” and thus we recommend mixing and matching to fit your taste!
1 cup lime or lemon juice
2 cups strawberry flavored syrup
3 cups fruit juice (Combine 1 cup pineapple and 2 cups orange juice)
4 cups Rude Bwoy Irie White Rum
HOW TO CRAFT
1. Mix everything together in a punch bowl
2. Taste and adjust.
3. Garnish with slices of lime and/or pieces of pineapple
4. Place in the refrigerator to chill. Aging improves Rum Punch so we suggest to refrigerate and serve after 2 hours
5. Serve cold over ice.
